Tandem skydives

Skyriders accepts  Online Bank transfer,  debit cards, Visa and MasterCard, paytm for bookings.

When booking online, a nominal amount as mentioned from time to time  needs to be deposited to reserve your slot. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of your skydive.

If Skyriders cancels your tandem skydive due to the weather conditions or other circumstances beyond Skyriders control, you can choose to reschedule your tandem skydive to another available date.

In case you are unable to experience your tandem skydive due to your own obligation (cancelling or changing your booking without a minimum of 24 hours notice, failure to show up on time, drinking alcohol or using drugs before skydiving or not following other instructions and requirements for a tandem skydive) you will not be entitled to get refund of the deposit.

In the case of an equipment malfunction or fault concerning any recording equipment where no images were recorded or are otherwise incomplete a ‘re-jump’ may be offered at some discount.

Skyriders reserves the right to close drop zone or cancel operations thereof in any other dates than specified here. Skyriders will not be responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that tandem students may have incurred as a result of the planned or unexpected drop zones’ closures including but not limited to visas, airfare tickets, fees related to booking of accommodation etc.

In promotional prices/discounts whenever offered by the company, and if due to any reason the event does not materialise, the booking amount will be refunded to the customer.

Licenced Skydivers

If you are unable to use your jump tickets, they are fully refundable at both drop zones, unless they were bought in a package.

Skyriders reserves the right to close either of drop zones or cancel operations thereof in any other dates than specified. Skyriders will not be responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that skydivers may have incurred as a result of the planned or unexpected drop zones’ closures including but not limited to visas, airfare tickets, fees related to booking of accommodation etc.

AFF Students/Licence courses

Skyriders reserves the right to close the drop zone or cancel operations thereof in any other dates than specified . Skyriders not be responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that AFF students may have incurred as a result of the planned or unexpected drop zones’ closures including but not limited to visas, airfare tickets, fees related to booking of accommodation etc.

THE NORMAL CANCELLATION CHARGES IRRESPECTIVE OF THE TIME LIMITATION BUT NOT BEYOND 1 DAY OF THE COURSE DATE SHALL BE 40% OF THE TOTAL COST.

Static Line/IAD courses.

AIRCRAFT CHARTERS

Payment Terms : 100 % advance .

Flying charges, as mentioned , include the cost of the Aircraft fuel, oil, maintenance, navigation fees and dispatch cost of the aircraft.

This package is for one day only.

Any watch hour extension, if levied by the Airport Authority of India (AAI), will be charged on actual, the copy of the bill from AAI will be forwarded along with the invoice.

For any delay, not caused by our company, (intimated less than 12 hours from ‘scheduled departure’) beyond 5 hours from ‘scheduled departure’ Flight duty limitations may apply on the crew & the flight could be termed as ‘a last minute cancellation’ – and the 100% cancellation clause would apply.

Any changes/modification of ‘flight program’, requested by the ‘Customer’ after the commencement of the ‘flight program’ and if the same cannot be executed due to operational reasons / lapse of relevant permissions in flight sectors will be termed as ‘a last minute cancellation’ – and the cancellation clause of 100% would apply.

We always obtain the destination weather before departure. However, if due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft can not land at the Destination OR diverted due to defense services activity AND has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable / refundable.

We do not serve alcoholic beverages on board (for flights within India) and smoking is not allowed on-board the aircraft

Client has to provide a five star quality accommodation food & transport for two crew members

Until flight confirmation has been made , the booking will be treated as an unconfirmed flight

In case of outstation clients the payments should be made by Demand Draft or RTGS transfer

Incase the FDTL of Pilots is broken the next day, 2 hrs additional flying time will be charged to the client.

Flight timings are indicated in NIL wind conditions and billing would be on actual time taken for the flight “chokes off to chokes on”, depending upon weather / wind, fog / visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions

All costs are estimated & based on distance and approximate cruising speed of the aircraft in nil wind conditions. Any delay /diversion due to bad weather or refueling purpose, VVIP/VIP flight, unserviceable runway etc. have not been taken into consideration.

Government taxes & levies if any, will be paid by the customer.

Confirmation of charter to uncontrolled airstrips should be given before 12 working hrs from the departure time

We require Names, nationalities, Passport No., Date of Issue & Date of Expiry of passengers traveling well in advance to obtain prior permissions in case of foreign passengers.
