For Aircraft Charters
Minimum 2 hrs per day will be charged excluding ferry in and ferry out charges.
As per DGCA rules the aircraft can fly from half an hour after dawn and half an hour before dusk.
We would require to receive the requested information within the stipulated timelines, in order to enable us to seek the necessary permissions for the execution of the flight
Client has to provide all permissions regarding Aircraft landing and take off from the competent Authorities.
If required at the remote locations the Helipad making is clients responsibility.
The co-ordinates (Latitude & Longitude) of the helipad to be taken from competent authority is clients responsibility.
If applicable Client will pay for Local Landing, helipad construction charges, Ambulance Charges, Fire brigade Vehicle charges, Security charges for the aircraft.
If required the transportation charges for fuel transport will be charge extra

  • Force Majeure

Our Company cannot be held responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as Bad Weather, Poor Visibility, Non – Availability of clearances from ATC / Defence Authorities / Civil Administration.
Our Company will not be responsible for passengers traveling without the relevant travel documents and/or, carrying any contraband items, dangerous goods and/or, involved/indulging in any illegal activities.
All statutory levis ,taxes , cess in any form that may be imposed in future on the air charter business or related services ( and not been in contemplation of the parties on the date of this letter ) will be borne by customer.

Dispute Resolution

Skyrider is committed to customer satisfaction, In case of any concerns, problem or dispute, we will try to resolve your concerns to best of our ability in favour of customer satisfaction as far as practicable. Please give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to the Website, any dealings with our representative, any services or products provided, any representations made by us, or our Privacy Policy (“Claims”) by contacting us.
